These Terms govern your use of the ClassCove website and services. By creating an account or using ClassCove, you agree to these Terms.
You may use ClassCove for lawful educational and personal study purposes. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
If you use an account provided or managed by a school, you are responsible for following your school's technology and account policies. Your school or Google Workspace administrator may limit access to third-party applications, including Google Classroom integrations.
Do not use ClassCove to harass others, violate another person's privacy, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
You remain responsible for content you submit or share. When collaborating with others, do not share confidential school, personal, or account information that you are not authorized to disclose.
ClassCove may connect to third-party services such as Google, Spotify, Stripe, Supabase, and Brevo. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and availability may depend on the user's account, school administrator, region, or third-party service.
Some features may require a paid ClassCove+ subscription. The price and billing interval are shown before checkout. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions continue according to the selected billing interval until canceled. Access to paid features may end when a subscription expires or is canceled.
ClassCove provides organizational and study tools, but does not guarantee grades, academic outcomes, or the accuracy of AI-generated or user-generated study material. Verify important academic information with your teacher or course materials.
ClassCove may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. ClassCove aims to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, or conduct that harms ClassCove or its users.
