ClassCove Privacy Policy

Effective August 10, 2026

ClassCove is a student-focused website that provides study organization, collaboration, focus, scheduling, and optional connected-service features. This policy explains how information is handled when you use ClassCove.

Information you provide

ClassCove may process information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, profile information, assignments, study content, class schedule information, preferences, and content you enter or upload.

Google account and Google Classroom data

If you choose to connect Google, ClassCove requests only the permissions needed for the Google-connected feature you select. For Google Classroom features, this may include access needed to display or synchronize your Classroom courses and coursework inside ClassCove. Google authorization is optional and requires your consent.

ClassCove uses Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing Google-connected features you request. ClassCove does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or transfer Google user data to advertising platforms or data brokers. ClassCove's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How information is used

Service providers

ClassCove uses service providers to operate parts of the service. Supabase supports account authentication and backend functions. Brevo may deliver transactional account emails. Stripe processes subscription payments. Google provides optional Google account and Classroom integrations. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by ClassCove.

Storage, security, and sharing

ClassCove uses reasonable technical measures designed to protect information. Some preferences and study information may be stored in your browser and/or associated with your ClassCove account. ClassCove does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate requested features, protect the service, comply with law, or respond to valid legal requests.

Your choices and deletion

You may choose not to connect optional third-party services. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of your ClassCove account or associated data, contact [email protected].

Students and school-managed accounts

Users should follow the rules of their school or organization when connecting a school-managed account. School administrators may restrict third-party access to Google Classroom. Parents or guardians may contact ClassCove with privacy questions concerning a minor.

Changes

ClassCove may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice.
